Glory of the West will be performing as part of the Festival of St Thomas Stories. Glory of the West are a Women’s Cotswold Morris side who were founded in 1976 at Exeter University, and welcome dancers who identify as women or non-binary and musicians of any gender. Members of this group range from 18 to 70, and have a varied repertoire of dances drawn from three different styles of Cotswold Morris. Over the years they have adapted the dances to produce their own unique style, with many dances maintaining the steps and traditional figures of Cotswold Morris.
