Packed with peculiar characters, wondrous creatures, snowy surprises and more than a touch of festive magic, this frosty adventure has something for all ages to discover.
Explore the magical hotel at your own pace. Uncover secret passageways, peek behind doorways and take part in mysterious quests. The ice is melting, and as secrets start to thaw a curious bellhop needs your help. Can you save the hotel in time for some festive celebrations?
Inspired by children’s ideas, The Wintertime Hotel is a collaboration between Alibi and Angel Exit Theatre featuring Co-Created songs by Above Bounds and Laura Loft. Relaxed Sessions
Please note, the shows on Sunday 14th December at 11am & Monday 29th December at 4pm will be relaxed sessions. Fewer tickets will be on sale and small changes will be made to The Wintertime Hotel for those families who might find a quieter experience easier to navigate.

This autumn Alibi’s Big Silly Sing choir, led by Laura Loft and Helen Bovey, devised and recorded a brand-new lullaby for visitors to The Wintertime Hotel.
