As part of our transition to becoming a venue for young people, we are also transforming our outside space. Here at Alibi’s Centre for the Imagination we are blessed with an outside green space which needs some TLC and vision. We’ve teamed up with Zero Mile Gardens, who have dreamt up beautiful plans for the garden space and are beginning work on it in Spring 2024.
Zero Mile Gardens want to create a space to develop a productive food growing space, that offers families a place to sit and rest, or have a picnic, after enjoying the programmed activities in the building.
Watch this space, and join our mailing list, to keep up to date with the latest progress in the garden. We’re also looking for volunteers to help with this project, if you’re interested please get in touch with hattie@theatrealibi.co.uk
Good to grow week – seed planting
TUESDAY 23 APRIL, 3 – 5pm
Come and join us and Zero Mile Gardens after school to plant seeds in our new planters as part of the Good to Grow week. If the weather is on our side, bring a picnic blanket and some snacks, and feel free to pop into our resident St Thomas library while you’re here too.
