Creative Classrooms places artist practitioners directly in the classroom for regular sessions co-planned and co-delivered with the class teacher that help schools to diversify their curriculum, enrich teaching and learning and promote oracy skills.
Our four partner schools in Exeter are currently participating with the support of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
We would be happy to discuss bespoke delivery arrangements for schools – from termly introductions to new topics, to weekly sessions focusing on a particular curriculum area we can create a programme that responds to your school’s priorities.

An overwhelmingly positive experience. One child in my class with additional needs – who usually finds writing a sentence very challenging – spoke in character making up their own words. It was a big moment.
The children loved the sessions and parents/adults at home were really appreciative of the fun and engaging way their children were learning.
This term has been such a joy. My groups performed two proper plays co-created by them completely to their parents [after six sessions].
I love Drama. I can be me.
