I Believe in Unicorns

By Michael Morpurgo, adapted by Daniel Jamieson

Michael Morpurgo’s I Believe in Unicorns is about the power of books and the imagination. Set in Slovenia during a troubled period in its recent history it shows the value of stories in children’s lives as a way of understanding the world and developing empathy. Besides being an invaluable opportunity for pupils to experience high quality theatre, the show will stimulate group discussion and feed into English, History, PSHE and SMSC and is a springboard for a wealth of other activities.
